  Obviously you know about social networking… start there… and you can also try growing your list and using rss to respont to your list like feed burner offers… try going to groups and forums and sharing your contest, make sure you have a tell a friend option available.

  I came across some websites with a drop down list specially made just for RSS subscription. They do it that way because they have different RSS feeds for different categories. I think it’s quite useful because it grouped all the RSS feeds together and display it only when the users want it. Space saving and more simple user interface.
